Color-Blob Kittyfish

This was something of a random gift slash brainstorm....

Yeu is an adorable character that's a flame point siamese somehow meshed with koi. however, she wasn't exactly sure how that'd come about or look. I decided it'd be really fun to splat it out in OC in bright-ass color.
